久泰能源内蒙古有限公司煤炭深加工综合利用项目目前已通过专家评审论证并获得内蒙古自治区发展和改革委员会的批准，一期工程于2005年4月24日开始筹建，该项目包含二甲醚项目一期工程和一座500万吨煤矿建设两个工程，合计总投资284564.56万元。预计煤矿建设周期为24个月、二甲醚项目建设周期为36个月（如资金到位及时工期可提前），项目建成投产后将形成年产500万吨原煤、50万吨甲醇、10吨二甲醚的生产能力。一期工程投产后，预计年均实现销售收入15亿元、税后利润5.77亿元（投产后5年享受2免3减税收优惠政策）。2009年起，实施内蒙古公司煤炭深加工综合利用项目的二期工程，至2010年完成二期工程的建设，形成150万吨甲醇、100万吨二甲醚、500万吨原煤的生产能力，年实现销售收入30亿元、税后利润10.5亿元上海翻译公司。
The project of coal in-depth processing & comprehensive exploitation of Jiutai Energy Inner Mongol Co., Ltd. has passed the expert appraisal and got the authorization from the Development and Reform Committee of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The first stage of the project began to be established on April 24 2005, including the first stage of dimethyl ether and a coal mine construction of 5 million tons. The gross investment is 2,845,645,600 yuan. The estimated construction period of coal mine is 24 months, and that of dimethyl ether project is 36 months (if the fund is in place in time, the project can be finished ahead of the time). After the project is put into the production, the company will have the annual production capability of 5 million tons of raw coal, 500,000 methyl alcohol and 10 tons of dimethyl ether. After the first stage of project is put into the production, it is estimated that 1,500 million yuan of annual sales income and 7,700 million yuan of annual after-tax profit will be realized (enjoying the preferential policy of exempting the tax in the first two years and making the deduction of the tax in the following 3 years after being put into production). The second stage of coal in-depth processing and comprehensive exploitation project will be carried out in 2009, and finished in 2010. Thus form the production capability of 1,500,000 tons of methyl alcohol, 1 million tons of dimethyl ether and 5 million tons of raw coal, and realize an annual sales income of 3 billion yuan , and an annual after-tax profit of 1.05 billion yuan.
